Terms of Service

Scope

These Terms of Service govern your use of CataPulse (catapulse.app), operated by Isar Innovations GmbH, Waldmeisterstr. 31, 80935 Munich, Germany.

Service and Beta

CataPulse is a marketing automation platform in closed beta. Access is by invitation only. Features, availability, and scope may change at any time. Usage is currently free — we will notify you at least 30 days before introducing paid plans.

Terms of Use

You must be at least 18 years old and provide truthful information. One account per person. Content you create belongs to you.

Prohibited: illegal use, unauthorized system access, distribution of harmful content, automated use (bots/scraping). We may suspend access without notice for violations.

Liability

We are fully liable for intent, gross negligence, and personal injury. For slight negligence, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations and foreseeable damages. During the free beta, liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Delete your account via settings or email info@catapulse.app. Your data will be deleted per our privacy policy.

Final Provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence additionally apply. Place of jurisdiction for merchants is Munich. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective.
