These Terms of Service govern your use of Catapulse.app, operated by Isar Innovations GmbH. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

Scope of Service

Catapulse.app is a marketing automation platform for software developers and indie hackers. During the beta phase, access is free and features may change without notice.

User Account

• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
• One account per person. No shared accounts.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
• Upload malicious content or malware
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Intellectual Property

The content you create using Catapulse belongs to you. However, you grant us a license to use your content to provide and improve our services. Our platform, branding, and technology remain our intellectual property.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose (during beta: €0).

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for violation of these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. For consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.
